Although not exactly the same as the original or even prior retro, Jordan Brand prepares to drop one of its more sought after releases, the VI Infrared, in a not so Infrared colorway. Most of the sneaker’s classic design aesthetic remains in tact though, with a Black backdrop, this time being accented by Varsity Red and classic clear outsoles. A release date can be expected for January 16th, 2010.

Lights Please - J.Cole Jay-Z signed J. Cole after hearing "Lights Please" and immediately contacted him. He released his second official mixtape, The Warm Up, on June 15, 2009. He appeared on Jay-Z's album The Blueprint 3 on a track titled "A Star Is Born".[3] He is featured on Wale's debut album,Attention Deficit, after being featured on his mixtape. He recently worked with producer No I.D. for his upcoming debut album.

Men Lie, Women... You Know The Rest...
50 Cent’s, “Before I Self Destuct,” sold 160k records in its first week of sales, including digital sales according to Billboard.com. In comparison, Rick Ross’, “Deeper Than Rap,” debuted with 158k sold in the first week. Other major releases this year were Jay-Z 476k, & Eminem 608k. What do you think of 50 cent going at Jay and he aint sell half of the records that Jay did..

Out Already....
Iverson and the Grizzlies parted ways Monday, and that's probably a good thing. Salvaging his tarnished reputation at this point is next to impossible considering the way he departed the big stage. The Grizzlies and Iverson came to a "mutual agreement" to terminate the one-year, $3.1 million deal he signed in September.
